Estate Ballroom Renovation Project

Our Estate Ballroom renovation transformed the room into a stunning, elegant space that combines timeless elegance with modern amenities, from intricate architectural details to far more natural light.

Removal of the Bedroom Floor Above the Ballroom

The renovation began by removing the floor of the bedroom above the ballroom, which dramatically increased the ceiling height and added a sense of grandeur and openness.

Installation of Floor-to-Ceiling Windows

We installed floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the ballroom with sunlight and offer views of the surrounding estate grounds.

Custom Trim Work

We added custom trim work to the door frames, walls and mantle, elevating the architecture of the room.

Crystal Chandeliers with Decorative Ceiling Medallions

Three crystal chandeliers now serve as the centerpieces of the room, with decorative ceiling medallions that draw the eye upward to its full height.

Sanding and Staining of the Original Hardwood Floors

Preserving the estate's history mattered to us, so we sanded and stained the original hardwood floors. Their rich, warm tones are a beautiful foundation for any wedding aesthetic.

If you would like to see the ballroom in person, schedule a tour or send us an inquiry.
