The rates below are the facility fee for renting Northfield Estate: exclusive access to the property for 12 hours on Friday and Saturday or 10 hours Sunday through Thursday, with the getting-ready spaces and your choice of ceremony, cocktail-hour and reception locations.

2027 weddings. Peak season is May, June, September and October; Mid season is April, July, August and November; Off Peak is December through March. Rates include 150 guests; each guest over 150 adds $50 for supplemental tables and chairs. During Off Peak the Sailcloth Tent is unavailable and guest counts are capped at 60. Every client hires a licensed, insured wedding planner and carries event liability insurance.
