A 1,900 sq ft upper terrace and a 4,900 sq ft lower stone terrace you enter by the grand center staircase, with expansive views of the property. Up to 200 guests for a ceremony, an outdoor option for cocktail hour, and 8 guest restrooms, including 2 ADA accessible.

Reception

Estate Ballroom

An 1,100 sq ft two-story ballroom with three crystal chandeliers, floor-to-ceiling windows and the original fireplace and mantle. Up to 90 guests for a ceremony or 60 for a seated reception, an indoor option for cocktail hour, and the ceremony rain plan for 90 guests or fewer.

Sailcloth Tent

A 5,900 sq ft sailcloth tent on a stone hardscape pad, with white fabric drapery and soft lighting around the interior. Up to 200 guests for a seated reception, and the ceremony rain plan for 90 guests or more. Available April through November.

Getting ready

Bridal Suite

Two rooms off the private wing of the Estate House: four vanity stations with mirrors, custom plush sofas and chairs, a bridal mannequin, a hanging rack, a floor-length mirror, a private full bathroom and an outdoor stone patio enclosed by a garden.

Groom's Cottage

A private cottage separate from the Estate House, with a kitchenette, refrigerator and island, a leather couch and armchair, a high-top table and barstools, a 70" TV, a foosball table, a hanging rack and a private full bathroom.

Nearly 50 acres of rolling hills and trees, with a white fence line, lush fields for golden-hour portraits and a tranquil pond.
