Exterior Renovation Project

Our exterior renovation project enhanced the beauty and function of Northfield Estate's outdoor spaces, preserving the historic aspects of the estate while adding modern improvements.

1. Upper and Lower Back Terraces

We removed the old deck and installed a steel frame to support a new upper terrace with panoramic views, centered on a new grand staircase.

2. Groom's Cottage Transformation

The groom's cottage had a complete interior demolition and facelift, and now pairs modern amenities with classic charm for wedding parties.

3. Creating Space for the Tent Pad

We repurposed the old basketball court as a new tent pad, laying hardscape for a stable, attractive foundation for outdoor ceremonies and receptions.

4. Designing Walkways Around the Property

New walkways improve accessibility and invite guests to explore every corner of the grounds.

5. New Roof Installation

A new roof on the back of the house improves its structural integrity and adds a fresh architectural element.

We invite you to visit Northfield Estate and see the renewed spaces for yourself. Contact us for pricing and more information.
